In this season of drastic food aid cuts, we invite you to link arms with Walk of Love International to help eradicate hunger among God’s precious children—those He holds close to His heart. Each week, we distribute over 15,000 pounds of food in Nashville’s largest inner-city neighborhood. But our reach doesn’t stop there—we also serve children in other urban communities and low-income rural areas where hunger threatens their health, education, and future. We refuse to stand by while children suffer from lack of nutrition. Your support helps us respond with hope, dignity, and practical care.
HELP US IMPACT HUNDREDS OF KIDS FOR SPRING BREAK!
For 22 years, by the grace of Christ, we have built the Walk of Love Hunger Relief Program to serve numerous children in our city’s most vulnerable communities. As Spring Break (MARCH 7-15) quickly approaches, we are excited to share our heartfelt plans for the first major school break of the year. We will again bring joy and nourishment to children and parents in Napier-Sudekum, Nashville’s largest public housing community, as well as another underserved area that has requested our support.
Over the years, we have learned how to make feeding inner-city children and the homeless as simple and effective as possible. Through our nonprofit status, your tax-deductible gifts allow us to purchase hundreds of Spring Break ready-made lunch kits both tax-free and in bulk at reduced costs. We once again need your generous hearts as soon as possible.
Our goal is to raise $7,500 by March 5 to provide food and essential items for the upcoming school break.
For those of you who are following us, it’s been a month’s long process, but we’re excited that our impactful official name change from Elijah's Heart to Walk of Love International will be completed on new giving apps and all media within a few short weeks.
